The Price is Right?

The Latest on a Modern Prefab....
"The last time there was a check of architecture firm Marmol Radziner's prefab Desert Hot Springs home, the residence had dropped to $1.2 million. You'll recall that the home hit the market at $1.85 million just about a year ago, but has undergone three pricechops so far (the home is great, but the location probably only draws a limited pool of buyers). People, we got another chop. It's a lovely time to visit the desert and this home can be yours for $1.05 million. UPDATE*: Strange. The MLS listing has been removed. But it's still on Redfin, and yes, per looking at the Sunday LA Times advertisement and speaking to a real estate agent regarding the property, this is a short sale."
