Simplify the Process

Agreed. I've worked on the creative side at many agencies both ad and design related and the thing that absolutely always drove me up the wall was when the head of the design department concocted a 7 or 9 step creative process
that you could (a) never remember the names for or (b) involved steps or extra work that nobody actually would follow and would just logjam the server with meaningless folder structures, etc. Design is about ideas and execution. This is a great piece featured on fastcompany.com today and i think even more brilliant is the illustration showing a very simple design process that i think i will adopt and integrate into my own daily practice.
